This beautiful executive home is getting updated
by the new owners. The addition of new
heart of pine floors in the bedrooms, all new
furniture throughout the spacious living areas.
There will be a new pool installed on deck level
by Spring of 2010.
The open great room on the second floor contains
the gourmet kitchen, dining room and large
living area. This opens out to the ocean
side porch that has magnificent views of the
ocean. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms
ensuite with King beds and a small bedroom with
two daybeds that has access to a half bath.
The gourmet kitchen has two refrigerators, a gas
stove, ice maker, large pantry and access to the
elevator.
With the reverse floor plan, the first floor has
the Master bedroom with ocean views and a master
bath. There are two bedrooms ensuite, one
