This beautiful executive home has been updated by the new owners.  There has been the addition of new heart of pine floors in the bedrooms, all new furniture throughout the spacious living areas.  There is a fabulous new pool installed on a new mezzanine level deck.

The open great room on the second floor contains the gourmet kitchen, dining room and large living area.  This opens out to the ocean side porch that has magnificent views of the ocean. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms ensuite with King beds and a small bedroom with two daybeds that has access to a half bath.

The gourmet kitchen has a refrigerator and drink fridge, a gas stove, ice maker, large pantry and access to the elevator.

With the reverse floor plan, the first floor has the Master bedroom and a master bath.  There are two bedrooms ensuite, one with a King bed and one with two twins. Another large bedroom is on the ocean side with a bunk with a double on bottom & a single on top and a twin bed. This room also has a small refrigerator.

Ocean accessibility from the back or ocean side of house, across street to beach path.
