There are ten bedrooms in suite and two half baths.  The bedding is as follows: 6-K's, 4-Q's.  
There are also 3 additional Q sofa sleepers and four Twin chair sleepers. 

First floor:
Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter tops, sub zero, double ovens, ice maker, two dish washers, convection microwave, large gas cook top on island.  Dining table for 10 plus additional table for four. Bar seating for six. Great room has  spectacular ocean views with lots of light, TV with surround sound, lots of sitting room. Half bath off kitchen and great room.  Bedroom 1- 1 King, 1 Single Chair sleeper, private bath with jetted tub, oceanfront with deck, TV/DVD.  Bedroom 2- 1 Queen, private bath.  Bedroom 3- 1 Queen, private bath, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, TV/DVD, deck to front side of house. Bedroom 4- 1 Queen, 1 Single Chair sleeper, private bath with jetted tub, oceanfront with deck, TV/DVD.  Bedroom 5-
1 Queen, private bath, TV/DVD.  Bedroom 6- 1 King, 1 Queen sofa sleeper, private bath, TV/DVD, deck to front of house.        

Second Floor:

Offered through CSA Travel Protection @ 6.5%. Information available with reservation  application.

All homes have fully furnished living and dining area and W/D. Fully equipped kitchens with D/W, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Most homes have gas or charcoal grills. Central heating and air, TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo.
