Property Description:

Access to the covered porch through double glass doors, the den leads to the oceanfront pool.

Second Floor: The open kitchen, living and dining area offers unbeatable views of the ocean. This reverse floor plan maximizes some of the best views on the island. Cook, eat and relax while the Dolphins swim by. The Kitchen has an island with seating. The Dining table seats eight and there is a table for four on the porch just outside the dining area. The living room offers amazing ocean views plus a 45" flat panel TV/DVD and Stereo and a gas fireplace!
