table seats 8 and there is a breakfast table that will seat an
additional 4. The 4 counter island stools in the kitchen are perfect
for serving the kids snacks! The open kitchen with plenty of countertop
space makes meal preparation a breeze! There is a half bath located off
the living room and a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, utility
sink and full storage freezer (no more running out of ice!) The gas BBQ
grill is conveniently located on the porch right outside the kitchen and

bedroom has a Queen bed with 1 set of Bunk Beds and the last bedroom has
2 Twin beds and 1 set of Bunk beds plus a 27” flat panel TV. Both
bathrooms include a tub/shower and are located off the main hallway for
access by all the bedrooms on this floor.
The large, grassy backyard is the perfect spot for the kids to play a
game of Frisbee or a friendly game of touch football!
A stroll down the private boardwalk leads you to the beautiful Isle of
