PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

“Belvedere”, a word for beautiful view, is an outstanding 6 bedroom, 5500 square foot, tropically landscaped 1 ½ acre oceanfront estate. Located in the quiet, residential area of the Isle of Palms, it is a warm and welcoming, luxurious private family retreat that can now be your family vacation oasis. Its unparalleled panoramic views, large, comfortable spaces and fine furnishings easily meet the needs of the most discriminating beach visitor. Extensive, large oceanfront porches and a 7 seat Hot Springs Spa at the dunes’ edge, readily make for total relaxation and enjoyment. A private boardwalk is only steps from the unspoiled and inviting beachfront .

The first floor main living area consists of a large, well-equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers, a 6 burner commercial gas range with double oven, griddle & grill, trash compactor, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a wet bar with icemaker and mini fridge. An extra long island and center prep area accommodates 4 stools. A separate breakfast area boasts spectacular ocean views and a table for 8. The elegant dining room table seats 8 and has a view of the ocean. A spacious living room, with plenty of comfortable seating, commands a breathtaking, two story ocean view. The large butler’s pantry and laundry room provide for ample storage. The cozy game room/bedroom features an ocean view, Queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, 46" flat panel TV, lots of board games and a game table. There is also an inviting Queen bedroom suite with private bath including an antique style tub and separate shower. Another full bath serves the first level.

The second floor features an oversized, oceanfront Master Suite with a King bed, 32" TV, large walk-in closet, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the sitting area. The views from the bedroom and private porch are fantastic! The large, private master bath has a double vanity, Whirlpool garden tub and walk-in shower. There are also two ocean view bedrooms, wit Queen beds, Tvs and private baths with large showers. Each having access to the expansive ocean front porch. The last guest bedroom is suitable for the children with 2 sets of bunk beds and a private half bath. Some of your guests may enjoy the pool table located in the open hallway overlooking the living area and ocean.
