Relax to the sound of the surf from this traditional beach cottage. Located on a cul-de-sac across the street from the beach and surrounded by Palmetto trees, this single-level home features partial ocean views from the front of the house. Guests of this home can also enjoy a sundeck and screened porch, gas grill, outside shower and parking underneath the house, and free access to the community swimming pool and tennis courts. With three bedrooms and two baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests. Square Feet: 1356

LIVING AREA: The sun deck sports two Adirondack chairs looking out towards the beach. The screened porch has a dining table for four, and opens to the living area. Guests can enjoy the view of the ocean between the homes across the street from the living room windows. The entertainment center includes a TV and DVD player, plus expanded tier cable, and a stocked bookshelf includes some choice beach reading. The dining area seats six, and is separated from the kitchen by a pass-through. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has a kitchen island with seating for two, and a cafe table in the corner which seats two.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is located on the right side of the living area, and has a king four-poster bed and its own TV with expanded tier cable, as well as a full private bath with a double sink vanity. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the screened porch. On the other side of the living area are two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two twin beds and share the full hall bath. Each of these two bedrooms includes its own TV with expanded tier cable. This home also includes two rollaway beds to accommodate up to eight guests.
