Property Description:

The large dining room table seats 10 and offers partial ocean views while an oversized kitchen island seats 5 comfortably.  A sitting alcove off the kitchen includes a loveseat and chair along with a piano and leads to the balcony where the gas grill is conveniently located.

 The Master Bedroom suite on the second floor offers a King bed, 19” flat panel TV, partial ocean views, access to the covered porch and a private bath.  The Master Bath includes a granite top double vanity, natural stone floor and large walk-in shower with handheld shower.  Two other guest bedrooms are offered with the split floor plan.  One has a King bed, 19” flat panel TV, and private bath with walk-in shower.  The other is a double use room offering the convenience of a bedroom or day room with 2 Twin Day beds, 27” flat panel TV/DVD and shares a hallway half bath.

  The first floor, spacious Master Bedroom suite includes a King bed, 32” flat panel TV, access to the covered porch, and private full bath.  A gas fireplace makes for a cozy retreat on those chilly winter nights!  The Master Bath offers the opulence of a claw foot tub with handheld shower, Saturnia top double vanity, Saturnia tiled floor and over-large, walk-in shower with bench seat and handheld shower.  One guest bedroom has a King bed, 19” flat panel TV and private full bath with tub/shower.  Another guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a private full bath with tub/shower.  The last bedroom is a large bonus room with 1 Twin bed and 1 Bunk bed with Twin upper and Double lower.  With a 19” flat panel TV with DVD & Stereo, plus child size furniture, this makes a perfect spot for the kids!  The full size, built-in wet bar with sink, mini fridge and icemaker makes it convenient to grab a quick drink or snack.  This room also allows access to the first floor porch.  The laundry is equipped with full size appliances with an extra dryer, Corian countertop, iron with board, plus a utility sink.

 From both the first and second floor porches, the mezzanine level pool and deck are easily accessible.  With room for 4 lounges and 2 chairs, the pool deck offers great ocean views while catching some rays!  To maximize your viewing pleasure, head up the spiral staircase to the rooftop sundeck and be amazed at the 360 degree panoramic vista!  When sand and surf beckon, simply walk through the backyard gate and you will find yourself across from the beach access path.
